Use the calendar below to schedule your health coaching consultation, no matter if you are a new member, or if you are renewing with Wellness Edge from a previous Profile Plan membership. After your reservation is made, a team member will reach out shortly to confirm your appointment.

Medication Consultation*
Medication consultations are different from health coaching consultations. The medication consultation booking calendar is located below the health coaching booking calendar on this page. You will need to be medically screened in person by our resident Nurse Practitioner Joshua Vogel, MSN, APRN to be considered for a medical weight loss prescription. The medical consult fee will be waived when you join as a Wellness Edge member. You will be able to indicate whether you are interested in a medication consultation after you pick a day/time from the calendar below for your reservation. After your reservation is made, a team member will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment. *Please be advised that telehealth services are not available outside of Nebraska at this time.

Aksarben Location
Located in the heart of Aksarben Village in Omaha, this location is within the Aksarben Center located in the same building row as Starbucks Coffee and Jersey Mikes Subs to the north and flanked by Hampton Inn Aksarben to the south. Virtual meeting or phone call consultation options are also available.
